Inter-School International Visual Arts Competition 2010 Application Form & Guideline

本屆大賽分為三個組別:

初級組:

適合年齡: 於2010年5月10日或之前年滿3歲至6歲的任何國藉小朋友

參加辦法: 運用創意於所屬組別的比賽圖上填上顏色, 顏料不限, 可自由增加與音樂有關的圖案, 唯需注意參賽作品需由參賽者自行完成並於2010年5月10日或之前將作品(已貼相片),參賽表格連同報名費用親身遞交或郵寄至天水圍嘉湖銀座二期二樓208鋪總代辦處(名星教育音樂會社)或各指定報名中心

參賽費用: 每名參賽者港幣50元正

高級組:

適合年齡: 於2010年5月10日或之前年滿7歲至12歲的任何國藉青少年

參加辦法: 運用創意於所屬組別的比賽圖上填上顏色, 顏料不限, 可自由增加與音樂有關的圖案, 唯需注意參賽作品需由參賽者自行完成並於2010年5月10日或之前將作品(已貼相片),參賽表格連同報名費用親身遞交或郵寄至天水圍嘉湖銀座二期二樓208鋪總代辦處(名星教育音樂會社)或各指定報名中心

參賽費用: 每名參賽者港幣60元正

公開組:

適合年齡: 於2010年5月10日或之前年滿13-25歲或以下的任何國藉青年

參加辦法: 需使用繪圖軟件完成(例如:Photoshop/ Paint Tool/ Corel Draw/ Photoimpact等),同時需注意參賽作品需由參賽者自行完成並於2010年5月10日或之前將作品(一幅已上色(A4呎吋) 及只畫上線條的圖(A4呎吋)各一幅),參賽表格連同報名費用親身遞交或郵寄至天水圍嘉湖銀座二期二樓208鋪總代辦處(名星教育音樂會社)或各指定報名中心

作品題目: 我的彩色音樂王國

參賽費用: 每名參賽者港幣80元正

評審方法: 由全球網民投票作决定

作品遞交截止日期:2010年5月10日(以當日截郵為準)

投票方法:

投票期由2010年6月1日至6月30日晚上十一時五十九分, 系統會根據每一個ip及電郵地址作為審核單位, 投票者須於自己的電子郵箱核實自己的投票成為有效票數.

同時投票者可同時於初級組高級組及公開組進行最多一次投票,歡迎任何人士投票.

參賽需知(部份):

l 作品將於6月1日於本大賽網址刋登,愈早遞交作品將獲較前的位置

l 每名参賽者只可遞交一幅作品, 如發現違規將被取消資格,同時報名費用亦不會退還.

l 參賽者必須服從大會決定，不得異議，香港資優(天才)教育培訓總會擁有對參賽須知、守則及其他有關事項的最終解釋權，並保留對任何賽事規則及條款、獎項比賽及評判安排的更改之權利，而毋須事先作出知會。

l 參賽作品需為自己創作，若經人檢舉或告發為他人代勞且有具體事實者，取消其參賽資格與追回獎項。

l 參賽作品若有侵犯或損及業者商譽者，主辦單位有權利取消參賽資格，參賽者並須自負一切法律責任。

l 參賽作品若經人檢舉或告發、涉及智慧財產權等權利之侵害，需自負一切法律責任。

l 參賽作品於參賽期間，須確保智慧財產權為參賽者所擁有，不得將其權利讓予他人或其它單位，若發生此情形將取消參賽資格。

l 各參賽作品之著作權，歸屬參賽者個別擁有，但主承辦單位共同擁有為推廣活動及為教育目的重製、下載及公開展示等著作財產權權利。

l 得獎的參賽者須出席(2010年7月中旬)頒獎典禮, 未能參與的得獎參賽者視同放棄獲獎資格。

l 最踴躍參與大獎只以代表團體計算, 每位參賽者只能代表一個團體或個別單位

l 所有作品一經遞交將不獲發還

This competition is divided into three divisions:

Junior Division:

Age: 3-6 (before 10 May 2010) years old of any nationality children

Application: Using creative to fill in the colour of the Junior’s application form, the kind of colour is unlimited, you can add some music-related patterns in the picture. Stick the candidate photo and post them with the cheque( payable to Hong Kong Gifted Education and Talent Development Association) to Shop 208, 2/F Phase 2 Kingswood Ginza, Tin Shui Wai N.T. Hong Kong before 10 May 2010 or submit them to our selected studio.

Application fee: HK$50 per candidate

Senior Division:

Age: 7-12 (before 10 May 2010) years old of any nationality children

Application: Using creative to fill in the colour of the Senior’s application form, the kind of colour is unlimited, you can add some music-related patterns in the picture. Stick the candidate photo and post them with the cheque (payable to Hong Kong Gifted Education and Talent Development Association) to Shop 208, 2/F Phase 2 Kingswood Ginza, Tin Shui Wai N.T. Hong Kong before 10 May 2010 or submit them to our selected studio.

Application fee: HK$60 per candidate

Open Class:

Age: 13-25 (before 10 May 2010) years old of any nationality teenager

Application: Use Drawing software (e.g. Photoshop/ Paint tool/ Corel Draw / Photoimpact…etc) to draw a A4 size picture (outline<black and white> and the colourful version need to submit at the same time), submit the picture, application form and the cheque (payable to Hong Kong Gifted Education and Talent Development Association) to Shop 208, 2/F Phase 2 Kingswood Ginza, Tin Shui Wai N.T. Hong Kong before 10 May 2010 or submit them to our selected studio.

Judgment: From the world’s Netizen Poll

Submit Deadline: 10 May 2010

Poll Method:

Poll period: From 1 June 2010 to 30 June 2010(11:59p.m. HK Time), System will count the IP address and the e-mail. And the voter needs to confirm his vote at their e-mail box. Voter can poll on both Junior, Senior and Open class Division. It welcomes the entire world’s netizen to join the poll.

Guidelines:

l We use first come first serve to make the picture order.

l Each candidate can only submit one work, If breaches are found, the candidate will be disqualified, while the application fee is not refundable..

l Candidates should agree and respect the decision of the organization. Hong Kong Gifted Education and Talent Development Association ( Organization ) reserve the right to make all final decisions in the event of any misunderstanding.

l Candidates should promise their submitted work’s copyright is owned by themselves. Otherwise, it will deem to give up the participation and will be conceited of all legal responsibility.

l The copyright of the picture is belonged to the candidate, but the organization has the right to reproduce, download and public display under the educational and promotion purposes

l Winners are required to attend Award Ceremony on 19 July 2010, unable to attend deems to give up the prize.

l Each participant can only represent one group or individual units.

l All the entries submitted will not be reimbursed

l Candidate who is studying in full time school can apply Diana Scholarship.
